Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing the Quality Assurance Department’s short-term (annual) business plan in alignment with the company’s Quality and Operational Excellence strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Quality Assurance management system across all processes, including raw material (including ingredients) and packaging material receiving, production processes, storage, and preparation for finished goods distribution. This includes quality management systems such as ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, Halal Product Assurance System, and SNI.
• Responsible for facilitating cross-functional coordination with all relevant divisions to identify root causes of complaints and determine corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Food & Beverage export industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Food & Beverage operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience serving as a Management Representative.
• Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Pati, Central Java.
